A first meeting, with no commitment, online or at your office in Tokyo. A few hours looking at how you really work. You leave with a written diagnosis: what we would build first, and why.

Straight answers
The AI drafts. You decide. Nothing leaves your company without someone reading it.
The first version is built to be corrected with you, on real work, not on a demo.
Security follows how sensitive the data is. You decide what the AI is allowed to read, and what is truly sensitive never leaves your office. For the rest, we choose the most protective settings with you, including a provider set up to keep no copy, and we show them to you.
Questions you may have
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. You don't need to be. If you can write an email, you can run this. We install, we set up, we show you.
Will I lose control?
No. Automation comes last, once it has earned your trust, with you watching.
Will I depend on AAA Studio?
No. Once the system is in place, everything is yours and stays yours: plain-text files you can read without us, a method written down, and a setup anyone you trust can take over. We stay at your side for as long as you want us to, and nothing ties you to us.
What if a better AI comes out?
You can switch to it, whenever you want. What matters is your second brain: your files, the way they are organised, your rules. The AI is only a tool that reads them, and the new one will read the same files.
Where does my data go?
It stays with you. The files stay on your machines, and you decide what the AI is allowed to read. For each kind of data, we set the level of protection together, and we tell you exactly what the AI reads to answer you, and why. You rent the AI; everything that makes it useful belongs to you.
